摘要
目的探讨患者视角下的社区实习护生巡诊的效果。方法采用现象学研究方法,对6例患者就护生巡诊的内容、巡诊护生的态度等问题进行半结构式访谈,借助QSR Nvivo10.0中文版软件,应用Colaizzi的七步分析法处理资料。结果得到对实习护生巡诊护理满意,社区实习护生巡诊能力及方式有待完善2个主题。结论社区实习护生巡诊效果较好,与患者建立了良好的关系,促进患者心身健康发展。
Objective To study the home visite effect of nursing students from communities in patients＇ perspective.Method 6patients receive semi-structural interview on home visite content and attitude of nursing students by phenomenological approach.Analyze the information by Colaizzi seven-step method using Chinese version of QSR Nvivo10.0.Result Satisfying nursing care from home visit students and imperfect ability and method are the two themes received.Conclusion Home visite of nursing students from communities is nice.A good relationship is built between patients and nursing students,which benefit patients＇ physical and mental health.
