美容技术与护理专业学生学习成效影响因素分析

摘要 目的分析美容技术与护理专业学生学习成效的影响因素。方法将55名中职美容技术与护理专业学生作为调查对象,自行设计美容技术与护理专业学生学习成绩及学习状况调查表,使用单样本K-S检验及Spearman分析,找出学生成绩与其他因素的相关性。结果前一学期期末考试成绩科均分在80分以上有15人,均排在自己班级的前10名,其中担任班干部的学生有11人(73.33%)。在班级担任职务、学习压力来源、是否主动学习、对学习的态度、课余时间安排、学习目标计划受挫后态度与学习成绩相关(P<0.05)。结论学生的学习成效受学习压力、学习态度等因素影响,通过缓解学生心理压力、培养学生学习主动性和积极性、创建舒适的学习环境、与学生一起设置合理的学习目标,或可提高学生的学习成绩。 Objective To analyze the influencing factors of learning effectiveness for cosmetological and nursing students.Method Investigate 55 middle vocational cosmetological students and nursing students by self-designed questionnaire on learning achievement and condition.Find out the correlation between learning achievement and other factors by single-sample K-S test and Pearson Analysis.Result 15students' average score of all subjects in final examination is above 80 last term,all ranking in top ten in their classes.11 of them are class cadres(73.33%).Duty,learning stress source,learning initiative,learning attitude,spare time arrangement,learning plan and attitude towards setback are related to learning achievement(P〈0.05).Conclusion Learning achievement is influenced by learning stress,attitude and others factors.Relieving learning stress,cultivating learning initiative and activeness,making a comfort environment and setting reasonable learning goals can probably improve students' learning achievement.
