学习江泽民“5.31”讲话精神之笔谈

A Written Talk on Learning Jiang Zemin's “May 31^(st) Talk”

江泽民在中央党校发表的“5.31”讲话提出了许多创新点,如保持党的先进性,以实事求是的态度来对待发展着的马克思主义,继续推进社会主义市场经济体制改革,从根本上消除束缚生产力发展的体制性障碍,实现社会主义民主的制度化、法律化和程序化等重要论述。最近,本刊组织了有关方面的专家、教授就以上的论述作了一次笔谈,以推动对江泽民“5.31”讲话的学习和精神领会。

Editorial Note: In His "May 31st Talk" at the Central Party's Theory Training School, Chairman Jiang Ze-min puts forward a series of creative and important ideas, such as how to keep the advancing features of the Party, how to appraise the developing Marxism with a seeking truth from the fact attitude, how to push forward the system reform for socialist market economy and to eliminate all the obstacles which hinders the productivity development, and how to realize the systemization of socialist democracy, legalization, and proce-duralization.For a better understanding of Jiang Zemin's "May 31st Talk", we have invited some experts and professors to have a written discussion of the significant points above.
