贝前列素钠片与替米沙坦联合治疗方案在早期糖尿病肾病治疗中的应用效果及安全性分析

Research in Prostrate Piece Combined with Aristotelian in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Osteopathy

目的：分析并探讨贝前列素钠片联合替米沙坦治疗早期糖尿病。肾病的临床效果以及安全性。方法：随机选取2012年10月～2014年lO月期间在我院接受治疗的早期糖尿病肾病患者100例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组50例。两组患者均给予常规的支持治疗，在此基础上，观察组给予贝前列素钠片联合替米沙坦进行治疗，对照组仅给予替米沙坦进行治疗。观察治疗2个月后两组患者的临床效果、血肌酐以及尿微量白蛋白和不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组治疗显效24例，有效22例，无效4例，治疗有效率为92．0％。对照组治疗显效17例，有效21例，无效12例，治疗有效率为76．0％。观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后，观察组疼痛0例，皮肤过敏0例，ALT轻度升高0例，胃肠道反应1例，不良反应发生率为2．0％。对照组疼痛1例，皮肤过敏1例，ALT轻度升高0例，胃肠道反应2例，不良反应发生率为8．0％。观察组不良反应发生率与对照组相比无显著差异（P〉0．05）。两组患者治疗前后血肌酐均无显著变化（P〉0．05），两组患者治疗后尿微量白蛋白与治疗前相比均有显著改善（P〈0．05），与对照组相比，观察组改善更加明显（P〈0．05）。结论：贝前列素钠片联合替米沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床效果显著，且安全性好，临床上值得推广。

OBJECTIVE ： To analyze and discuss the effects and safety of prostrate tablets combined with Aristotelian in the treatment of early diabetic osteopathy. METHODS： From 2012 -2014 the patients with early diabetic osteopathy were randomly selected. 100 patients were randomly divided into obervation group （n = 50） and the control group （n = 50）. All patients were treated by conventional supportive care. On the basis of that, observation group received prostrate tablets and Aristotelian treatment and the control group only received Aristotelian treatment. The clinical effects, serum Creator and urine albumin and adverse events in two groups were observed after two months of treatment. RESULTS ： After the treatment in the observation group the markedly efficacy was 24 ca- ses, effecacy was 22 cases and in efficacy was 4 cases, which showed that the effective rate was 92.00%. In the control group markedly effecacy was 17 cases, effeieaey was 21 cases and inefficacy was 12 cases, which showed that the effective rate was 76.00%. The effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group. There was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment in the observation group pain was 0 case, skin allergies 0 case, ALT increased slightly 0 ca- ses and gastrointestinal reactions 1 case, which showed that the occurrence of adverse reactions was 2.00%. In the control group pain was 1 case, skin allergies 0 case, ALT increased slightly 0 cases, gastrointestinal side effects 2 cases, which showed that adverse reactions were 8.00%. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups （P 〉 0. 05）.The patients in two groups before and after treatment showed that there was no significant changes in serum Creator （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Uurinary albumin was improved after the treatment significantly （P 〈 0. 05）. CONCLUSION ： Prostrate tablets Aristotelian can treat early diabetic osteopathy effectively and safety.
