摘要
目的研究泥螺提取物的抗炎与抗氧化活性。方法采用小鼠棉球肉芽肿炎症模型评价泥螺提取物的抗炎活性,研究泥螺提取物对LPS刺激巨噬细胞释放炎症因子(IL-1β、TNF?α、NO)的影响,研究泥螺提取物对H2O2诱导内皮细胞损伤的保护作用,测定其中LDH、SOD、CAT等相关酶的活性。结果泥螺提取物能够显著抑制小鼠肉芽肿的形成,能够显著降低LPS刺激巨噬细胞后IL-1β、TNF?α、NO的释放,对H2O2损伤的内皮细胞具有保护作用,能够显著提高SOD、CAT的活性。结论泥螺提取物具有一定的抗炎与抗氧化活性。
OBJECTIVE To study the anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation activities of Bullacta exarata extract. METH- ODS The model of granulomatous inflammation in mice was used to evaluate anti-inflammatory activities of Bullacta exarata extract; to examine the release of LPS-induced IL-1β, TNF-α, NO in RAW264.7 cells effected by Bullacta exarata extract;re- search on H2 O2-induced injury human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVECs) protected by Bullacta exarata extract, deter- mine activity of enzymes of LDH, SOD, CAT. RESULTS Bullacta exarata extract inhabits formation of granulomatous in- flammation in mice ; suppresses the release of LPS-induced IL-1β, TNF-α, NO in RAW264.7 cells ; protects H2 O2-induced inju- ry human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVECs) ; and increases the activity of SOD and CAT. CONCLUSION The extract of Bullacta exarata have anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation activities.
