智能医用输液监测系统设计

摘要 设计了一种智能医用输液监测系统。系统的下位机以单片机为控制核心,由应变式电阻传感器测量重量,由光电传感器测量液滴数量,下位机与上位机之间通过RS485总线通信,系统可以监测每个病人输液进程。软件编写过程中,采用结构化和模块化的设计方法,能够对药液多少和点滴速度等进行检测,可以手动设置预警值,进行超限报警,同时也可进行意外情况报警。 This paper describes the design of an intelligent medical infusion monitoring system, in which SCM is used as the control core in the lower position machine, resistance strain gauge sensor is used for measuring weight, photoelectric sensor is used for measur- ing droplet numbers, bus communication between the host computer and the lower position machine is done through RS485, and the system can monitor the transfusion process of each patient. The structured and modularized design methods are adopted in software pro- gramming, which can detect the amount of liquid and the speed of drip, and people can manually set warning value and make it alarm while out of gauge, also can undertake unexpected condition alarm.
