摘要
火控系统功能繁多、技术复杂、工作环境恶劣,要求温度参数精度高,测温范围宽。本文提出了基于PT1000的温度测试方法,设计了火控温度测试系统。文中采用MATLAB对采集的数据线性化处理,使温度计算更加简单;应用IFC算法快速滤除了系统较大温度误差值,实现了数据的精确化处理。实验表明,该火控温度测试系统的精度可达0.2℃,适用于多种高精度温度测试,具有良好的应用价值。
Fire control system with the features of numerous functions, complex technology and poor working conditions requires high- precision temperature parameters and wide temperature test range. This paper presents a method of PTlOOO-based temperature test and designs a fire control temperature test system. MATLAB is used to do linear processing on collected data, making the temperature cal- culation easier ; IFC Algorithm is applied to quickly filter the larger temperature error value of the system, achieving the precise treat- ment on the data. Experiments show that the accuracy of the fire control temperature measurement system reaches 0.2 ℃, which is suitable for a variety of high-precision temperature testing, having a good application value.
