摘要 为了探索不同储藏条件对银杏种子活力及胚发育的影响,采用层积、室外沙藏、室外干藏和4℃干藏处理采收后的种子。结果发现不同储藏条件对银杏发芽率影响差异不显著,对发芽势和发芽指数影响差异显著;在不同储藏条件下银杏种子的胚生长速度差异显著,层积处理虽然在处理过程中胚生长较慢的,但高温催芽后,胚生长迅速,出苗整齐。层积处理是银杏种子最佳储藏方式。 In order to explore the effects of different storage conditions on the seed vigor and development of Ginkgo, stratification, out- door sand storage, dry storage and 4℃ dry storage methods are applied to treat the collected seeds. The results show that the effects of different storage conditions on the germination rate of Ginkgo are not obvious, but are significant on the germination energy and germi- nation index ; The differences of embryo growth speed are significant in different storage conditions. Although the embryo growth is slow in the process of stratification treatment, but it will be rapid after high-temperature accelerating germination and the emergence is tidy. Stratification processing is the best way to store Ginkgo seeds.
