以就业为导向的高校日语教学改革研究

随着我国高等教育的普及程度越来越高,就业率和就业质量成为考察和衡量该专业教学水平的重要因素之一。在此背影下,我国各大高校日语专业也在积极地进行教学改革。通过访谈企业相关负责人,总结分析社会真正需要的日语人才的必备知识与能力。改革最为明显的特征就是以就业为导向,以培养输出型日语人才为目的,采取科学合理的教学方法和手段,着重培养学生的说写能力。

Ahmg with the fact that higher education becomes more and more popular in our country, the rate and quality of employment has become one of the important factors to investigate and measure the teaching level of the major. Under this background, teaching re- form of Japanese major in China＇s universities is carried out in a positive manner. The necessary knowledge and ability of Japanese tal- ents that the society really needs are summarized and analyzed through the interview with related directors in enterprises. The most ob- vious characteristic is that it is an employment-oriented output-type Japanese talents training goal, which requires to cultivate students＂ ability of speaking and writing by means of scientific and reasonable teaching methods.
