四川某复杂铜铅锌多金属矿的选矿工艺

摘要 针对四川某铜、铅、锌多金属矿硫化物共生关系密切,嵌布粒度不均匀的特点,按优先浮选工艺流程进行了磨矿细度、药剂种类及用量条件试验;选铜作业采用二次粗选四次精选一次扫选,选铅作业采用一次粗选四次精选一次扫选,选锌作业采用一次粗选三次精选一次扫选,成功实现了铜铅锌的分选;铜精矿含铜22.94%,回收率69.71%;铅精矿含铅51.46%,回收率70.63%;锌精矿含锌45.86%,回收率82.48%。 The characteristics of ore are described as a close symbiotic relationship between metal sulfides with uneven disseminated extent at a Cu -Pb -Zn polymetallic deposit in Sichuan,and associated with the mineral processing techniques.To solve the separation of copper,lead and zinc from the ore,the experiment of Cu -Pb-Zn selective flotation technological flowsheet is employed which consisted of grinding fineness,reagents and dosage.The methods in mineral processing,a closed circuit test fhowsheet,included three parts:(1)Twice roughing,one scavenger and four cleaners for flotation of copper;(2)One roughing,one scavenger and four cleaners for flotation of lead; (3)One roughing,one scavenger and three cleaners for flotation of zinc.The experiment indicates that the separation of Cu,Pb and Zn is effectively implemented and made the copper con-centrate containing 22.94%,copper in a 69.71% recovery,lead concentrate containing 51.46%,lead in the recovery of 70.63%,and zinc concentrate containing 45.86%,in a 82.48% recovery.Moreover,fairly good separation indexes obtained by experiments benefit the development and utilization of this type of Cu -Pb -Zn sulfide ore.
