摘要
2011年广西部分农村环境连片整治资料显示,农村污水处理平均单项工程建设规模107.2 m3/d,单位平均建设投资(含管网建设)0.645 5万元/m3,处理工艺主要为A/O二相生物接触氧化、A/O二相生物接触氧化+人工湿地;农村垃圾处理单项工程平均投资33.92万元,多为收集、清运,仅邻近城镇、交通便利区域实现了"户分类—村收集—乡运输—县处理"的城乡生活垃圾一体化处置模式。存在建设规模偏大、管网建设滞后、渗漏较为严重、运行费用无来源等问题,并对此提出相关对策。
According to the data of Guangxi rural contiguous environmental governance,the scale of rural sew-age treatment facilities was generally small,average about 107.2 m3 /d.The average investment of unit con-struction (including pipeline construction)was 6 445 Yuan /m3 ,and the main treatment is bio-contact oxidation method with A /O and the bio-contact oxidation method with A /O +constructed wetland.The unit construction on rural garbage disposal was 339.2 thousand Yuan,including garbage collection and clearance.The urban and rural garbage integration treatment mode “household classification-village collection-township transfer-county treatment”was only carried out in the regions of nearby towns with convenient transportation.In addi-tion,relevant countermeasures would aim for the existing problems for example,large scale construction,the lag of pipeline construction,serious leakage,the operating cost and so on.
