Many libraries in China, including TEDA Library, have implement the ISO 9001 system. A case study of the implementationof the ISO 9001 system in TEDA Library was carried out to analyze the promotion of library information servicequality through quality system certification. Details of ISO 9001 implementation measures and effects were described inthe paper.
