摘要
以天津市西青区大寺新家园项目申请报告为例,根据地块用地性质、容积率,采用单位建筑面积用水量指标分项进行用水量计算,比采用城市总体规划给出的按人均综合生活用水量指标或《城市给水工程规划规范》GB 50282—1998中第2.2.5条给出的按不同性质用地用水量指标计算更切合实际;同时污水量按用水量90%考虑,地下水渗入量按总水量的10%计,污水比流量q(q=Q/A,A为产污面积)计算更准确;另外,区域综合径流系数Ψ值通过用地性质分项计算得出,而不是参考周边地区或利用《室外排水设计规范》GB 50014—2006(2014年版)中第3.2.2-2条给出的取值范围选取,与实际相吻合。综上所述,设计参数选择精准,可使计算出的给水(自来水)、再生水及雨、污水管道管径既满足需求,又不浪费投资。
Taking an application report of Dasi New Home project in Tianjin Xiqing District for example,this paper calculateswater supply volumes as per different unit building area indexes according to land usage purpose and plot ratio. It isshown that the calculation method is more reasonable than either per capita comprehensive water consumption index in theurban comprehensive planning or water consumption index of different land use purposes in item 2.2.5 of Urban Water SupplyEngineering Planning(GB50282-98). Besides,considering a 90% waste water proportion in water consumption and10% groundwater infiltration in total water consumption,the specific discharge of sewage q(q=Q/A,A is the productionarea)calculation is more accurate. In addition,regional integrated runoff coefficient Ψ was calculated through the land usageindex instead of referencing surrounding areas or selected from the value range of item 3.2.2-2 in Outdoor Drainage DesignSpecifications(GB50014-2006)(2014 edition)and has been proved coinciding with practical situation. In conclusion,theaccurate selection of design parameters can make the diameter of feedwater(tap water)pipes,reclaimed water pipes andrainfall and sewage pipes meet production requirements without wasting investments.
