三甲川花菁染料合成工艺优化研究

摘要 以β-萘肼盐酸盐为原料,通过还原、烷基化、缩合生产三甲川花菁染料的工艺,改进传统生产控制条件以及原料比例,降低副产物种类和数量,提高目标产物产率。工艺优化后,染料生产率提高20%,以上,为工业生产其他种类的花菁染料提供了借鉴。 Based on the traditional production technique of trimethine cyanine dyes, which takes naphthalene hydrazinehydrochloride as raw material and involves processes of reduction, alkylation and condensation, this paper improves the traditionalproduction control conditions and the proportion of raw materials to reduce the variety and quantity of by-productsand increase the yield of target products. After the process optimization, the production rate of dyes has increased by 20%.This improvement offers reference to the industrial production of other kinds of cyanine dyes.
