At present,intellectual property rights and intellectual property transactions are of critical importance to enterprisesand a country’s economic development. The necessity of the innovation of intellectual property rights transactionmodel under the new situation was expounded,the work connotation of intellectual property rights transactions was discussedand the development status of intellectual property trading patterns both at home and abroad were described. In theend,a new idea for the development of intellectual property rights trading patterns based on existing intellectual propertyconstruction status was put forward.
