摘要
学术期刊肩负着传播研究成果、推动学科发展、培养专业人才的重要使命。作为学术期刊的主体,编辑的专业技能与素养至关重要,只有对自身高标准、严格要求,坚持不懈地学习,才能胜任此项工作。从要敬畏和热爱编辑职业、要有高度的热情与奉献精神、要在其从事的领域具有足够的专业知识等多方面论述了学术期刊编辑应具备的职业素养。
Academic journals play an important role in disseminating research achievements,stimulating disciplinary developmentand cultivating professional talents. As one of the main components,editors’ professional skills and literacy areof essential importance to the journals. This paper points out that editors are only competent for their jobs when they insist inhigh standards and continue in studying. In this paper,the professional qualities of academic journal editors should possesswere summarized.
