摘要
本文通过问卷调查和人体穿着实验,分别在静态和运动后,对经改性处理前后的3种亚麻面料制成的服装进行了刺痒感的评价。从实验面料的物理性能、织物表面上的毛羽形态、纤维的抗弯性等方面着手,比较分析了亚麻服装的刺痒感影响因素。实验结果表明,亚麻织物的表面粗糙度、硬挺度、表面单根纤维直径大于16μm的毛羽,是引起人体刺痒的关键因素。
This paper evaluated the scratchiness of linen fiber/fabric combining of a subjective and an objective experiment under a static and a dynamic status respectively. It concludes that the main factors which are influence on the scratchiness cover the roughness, the stiffness and the number and radius of hairiness of the linen fiber/fabric.
