喇叭口中心距对全聚赛络纱纱线性能的影响分析

Analysis of effect of distance between double bell mouths on complete condensing sirospun yarn properties

将全聚纺与赛络纺纱技术相结合纺制全聚赛络纱,分析了喇叭口中心距对纱线成纱性能的影响,结果表明:喇叭口中心距在合理范围内增大时,纱线有害毛羽逐渐减少,强力增加,条干有所改善。

The sirospun yarns are spun by combining the complete condensing spinning and siro spinning technology. The effects of distance between double bell mouths on complete condensing sirospun yarn properties were analyzed. The result shows that with reasonable increasing of distance between two bell mouths, the number of harmful hairiness is reduced gradually, yarn strength is remarkable increased, and the yarn evenness is improved.
