退、煮、漂是织物前处理的关键工序,为了提高其效率、性能和可靠性,近20年来,国内陆续从退浆、煮练、漂白三步法,改进成退浆+煮漂或退煮+常规漂白的二步法,到现在大多数开发出的退煮漂联合机一步法工艺流程,现仅江苏省就有十多厂家生产,但各家的产品档次,侧重点各有不同,参差不齐。为此,本文根据国内外同类设备情况的比较,结合互联网+的概念,提出一些建议。
