平幅退煮漂联合机革新探讨

摘要 退、煮、漂是织物前处理的关键工序,为了提高其效率、性能和可靠性,近20年来,国内陆续从退浆、煮练、漂白三步法,改进成退浆+煮漂或退煮+常规漂白的二步法,到现在大多数开发出的退煮漂联合机一步法工艺流程,现仅江苏省就有十多厂家生产,但各家的产品档次,侧重点各有不同,参差不齐。为此,本文根据国内外同类设备情况的比较,结合互联网+的概念,提出一些建议。 Retreat, cooking, bleaching is a key step before the fabric treatment, in order to increase its efficiency, performance and reliability, the past two decades, gradually from domestic desizing, scouring, bleaching three-step method, modified to cook desizing + bleaching or scouring + conventional bleaching of the two-step, until now most developed scouring and bleaching machine one-step process, only Jiangsu province now have more than a dozen manufacturers, but each grade of products, the focus of each there are different, uneven. For this reason, based on the comparison of similar equipment situation, combined with the Internet + concept, this paper put forward some suggestions, and discuss together.
