耳穴埋豆联合腹部按摩对肛肠术后尿潴留患者的护理观察

Observation of nursing of auricular buried beans combined with abdominal massage on urinary retention after anorectal operation

目的:观察耳穴埋豆加腹部按摩对肛肠术后尿潴留患者的疗效。方法:选择94例肛肠术后尿潴留患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各47例。所有患者均行手术治疗,对照组患者给以常规护理,观察组患者给以耳穴埋豆和腹部按摩治疗护理。结果:两组患者对护理的满意度比较,观察组患者优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者总有效率比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴埋豆加腹部按摩对肛肠术后尿潴留疗效显著。

Objective:To observe effects of auricular buried beans and abdominal massage on urinary retention after anorectal operation. Methods:94 cases of patients with urinary retention after anorectal operations were selected and randomly divided into ob-servation group and control group with 47 cases in each. According to specific conditions for operation treatment, the control group re-ceived the routine nursing care, while the observation group were treated by auricular buried beans and abdominal massage. Results:The patients' satisfaction of observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0. 05);and the total efficiency of observation group was better than that of control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions:Auricular buried beans and abdominal massage is ef-fective in treating urinary retention after anorectal operation.
