天津市农民视角下农村城镇化认识研究

Cognizing Research of Tianjin Rural Urbanization from Peasants' Perspective

为了对天津市以"宅基地换房"模式开展农村城镇化建设9年来有一个贴近农民视角的认识,通过对示范小城镇居民进行实地问卷、访谈调研和踏勘,获取了相关基础资料.运用软件SPSS17.0对获取的样本进行二元Logistic回归分析和验证,进而分析影响农民满意度的因子以及其作用强弱,发现:天津农村城镇化建设基本得到农民认可;农村城镇化建设在居住环境方面成效显著;物质需求方面对农民满意度影响较大,文化需求方面农民关注度较低;满意度呈现群体性差异.同时,针对研究成果提出了可行性建议.

The purpose is to get a fully understanding about the homestead and house exchange mode,which has beenpromoted for 9 years,which closer to peasant’s perspective. The research gets the basic data based on the questionnaire andinterview methods. The professional statistical-software SPSS17.0 is used to do logical regression analysis and validation onsamples to identify the factor intensity which influence the peasants’ satisfaction of rural urbanization. The study shows： thepeasants are generally satisfied with the rural urbanization development in Tianjin;the rural urbanization achieves greatsuccess in living conditions; material requirement influences the satisfaction deeply;social-cultural requirement gets littlepeasants attention;the satisfaction displays the group difference. According to the research results,we put forward feasiblesuggestions.
