摘要
在我国的新城建设中,传统"车本位"的快交通模式已经不能适应低碳新城的发展需要.借鉴从国外引入的"慢城理念",探索新城交通发展策略.首先概述了慢城理念的产生、发展和内涵;其次分析了我国一般城市交通存在的问题以及新城交通建设的目标要求,提出"人本位"的"慢交通"策略,从点、线、面三个方面提出基于慢行的节点、廊道、路网设计,以创造更加低碳、人文、融洽的慢行空间.
In the development of new city,the view of traffic development oriented to“car based”has been unable to meet the needs of low-carbon city. Regarding to the principle of“Cittaslow”conveyed from foreign countries,we put forward some traffic strategies in new city development. Firstly, this paper introduced the origin, development and concept of“Cittaslow”;secondly,analyzed the traffic problems in general cities and the traffic requirements in new cities. This paper put forward a“slow traffic”model oriented to“people based”,presenting the slow traffic node,path,and net design from three aspects,which would create a more humanized,low-carbon environment.
