摘要
将3株能适应于造纸废水的降解性真菌投入反应器,对活性污泥进行生物强化实验。结果表明:生物强化反应器的活性污泥废水处理能力提高,与对照组相比,曝气时间缩短1 h。进水COD为1352.15 mg·L-1,生物强化组平均COD去除率为76.05%,对照组平均COD去除率为71.57%,COD去除率提高6.26%。提高进水负荷至1651.64mg·L-1,生物强化组COD去除率为68.70%,对照组COD去除率为64.09%,COD去除率提高7.19%,反应器接入真菌后抗进水负荷冲击能力提高。当进水pH改变时,生物强化组仍具有较高的COD去除率。所以反应器引入真菌后,活性污泥的造纸废水处理能力提高。将生物强化技术进行中试,结果表明生物强化技术提高了废水处理能力,适量引入真菌也没有导致污泥膨胀。
The effectiveness of bioaugmentation in wastewater treatment was evaluated in a sequencing batch reactor (SBR) which was augmented with three fungi which could be adapted to the degradation of papermaking wastewater. The results show that wastewater treatment capacity of activated sludge increased. Compared with the control group, aeration time shortened 1 hour after the fungi put into SBR. The removal rate of COD was 76.05% which was higher 6.26% than that of antitheses in the condition of influent COD load 1352.15 mg'L 1 and aeration time 6 hours.The removal rate of COD was 68.70% in the fungi bioaugmentation reactor and that was 64.09% in antitheses group when influent load increased to 1651.64 mg·L-1. The removal rate of COD improved 7.19%.When the influent pH changed, the fungi bioaugmentation reactor had higher COD removal rate. Resist capability of change of pH and influent COD load advanced after the fungi put into SBR. It showed that wastewater treatment capability of activated sludge was strengthened after joined fungi. Bioaugmentation was applied in the pilot test. The results indicated that wastewater treatment capacity increased without sludge bulking.
