Airtraq喉镜与普通喉镜在手术患者气管插管的应用比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较Airtraq喉镜与普通喉镜在手术患者中气管插管的临床效果。方法:2013年12月至2014年12月,择期进行全麻手术的患者60例(排除心肺原发疾病),随机分为Airtraq喉镜组与普通喉镜组,均在静吸复合麻醉下实施全麻手术,观察比较两组患者麻醉诱导前、插管前、插管中、插管后各时刻的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP),以及气管插管所需的时间、成功率和与之关联的并发症。结果:Airtraq喉镜组在各项指标上,显著优于普通喉镜组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Airtraq喉镜用于气管插管,具备操作简便,安全可靠,降低插管损伤等特点,能缩短插管时间,减少插管时的心血管反应,提高插管成功率,特别适用于手术中麻醉气管插管和临床上急救抢救插管。
