HPLC法同时测定孕妇金花片中栀子苷和芍药苷的含量

Content Determination of Geniposide and Peoniflorin in YunFuJinHua Tablets by RP-HPLC

目的建立孕妇金花片中栀子苷和芍药苷的含量测定方法.方法：RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为AgilentXDB-C18 （4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸（12.5∶87.5）,检测波长为236nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为30℃.结果：栀子苷在0.18-1.8μg范围内呈良好线性关系, 回归方程为Y =12.982X -0.0634,r=0.9999;平均加样回收率为99.88%,RSD=1.5% （n=6）.芍药苷在0.1-1μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程Y =23.088X -0.0472,r=0.9999; 平均加样回收率为99.39%,RSD=1.3% （n=6）.结论：HPLC法准确可靠,重现性好,适用于孕妇金花片的质量控制和评价.

Objective:To develop a method for content determination of Geniposide and Paeoniflorin in YunFuJinHua tablet.Methods:The method of RP-HPLC had been used with the chromatographic column as agilent XDB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),the mobile phase acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid(12.5∶87.5),the detection wavelength 236 nm,the flow rate 1.0ml/min and the column temperature at 30℃.Results:The linear range of Geniposide in determination was 0.18~1.8μg and the regression equation was Y =12.982 X-0.0634 with r=0.9999;the average recovery was99.88% with RSD =1.5%(n=6).The linear range of Paeoniflorin in determination was 0.1~1.0μg and the regression equation was Y=23.088 X-0.0472 with r=0.9999;the average recovery was 99.39% with RSD=1.3%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible and provides a scientific foundation for the quality control and evaluation of YunFuJinHua tablets.
