对比中晚期结肠癌采用中药扶正消积汤、化疗治疗的临床疗效

Clinical effects of the Fuzheng Xiaoji decoction plus chemotherapy on middle and advanced colon cancer

目的:探讨中晚期结肠癌采用中药扶正消积汤与化疗治疗的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性方法,选取我院自2012年1月-2014年1月以来收治的58例中晚期结肠癌患者的临床资料,将其随机分为对照组及观察组,两组各29例,对照组给予化疗治疗,观察组在此基础之上给予中药扶正消积汤治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者生存时间、疾病进展时间长于对照组,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组WBC[(4.62±1.25)×109/L]及Hb[(118.63±24.36)g·L-1]均高于对照组[(3.10±1.03)×109/L、(101.36±22.85)g·L-1],其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中晚期结肠癌采用中药扶正消积汤联合化疗治疗能够提高患者白细胞、血红蛋白及生存时间,具有显著的疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To discuss clinical effects of the Fuxiao Xiaoji decoction plus chemotherapy on middle and late colon cancer. Methods: 58 cases of middle and advanced colon cancer in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 29 cases in each group. The control group was given the chemotherapy treatment. The observation group was given the chemotherapy plus the Fuzheng Xiaoji decoction. Curative effects between two groups were compared. Results: The survival time in the observation group were longer than those in the control group, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05); The WBC and Hb in the observation group [(4.62±1.25)×109/L, (118.63±24.36)g·L-1] were higher than those in the control group [(3.10± 1.03)×109/L, (101.36±22.85)g·L-l] (P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of the Fuxiao Xiaoji decoction plus chemotherapy treatment on middle and advanced colon cancer can improve the white blood cells, hemoglobin and survival time, and has a notable effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
