摘要
目的:观察应用毛刺悬灸法治疗面肌痉挛的治疗效果。方法:将患者40例随机分组,治疗组和对照组各20例,取百会、四神聪、翳风、下关、攒竹、阳白、太阳、颧髎、颊车、地仓、合谷、外关等穴位,分别施以毛刺悬灸法和平补平泻的一般针刺手法。治疗后,对疗效标准进行评价,分析后得出数据。结果:治疗组总有效率为85%,对照组总有效率为65%。结论:毛刺悬灸法治疗面肌痉挛具有良好的效果且明显优于一般针刺手法。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of the Maoci Xuanjiu therapy on hemifacial spasm. Methods: 40 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group (skin needling and moxibustion method) and the control group (mild reinforcing reducing method). After treatment the efficacy criteria were evaluated and the data were analyzed. Results: The total efficiency was 85% in the treatment group and 65% in the control group. Conclusion: The Maoci Xuanjiu therapy on treating mimetic convulsion has good effects and is better than the traditional acupuncture manipulation.
