补阳还五汤联合西医常规疗法对脑梗死患者MMP-2、MMP-8影响的临床研究

Clinical effects of the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus western conventional therapy on MMP-2 and MMP-8 in cerebral infarction patients

目的:探讨分析补阳还五汤联合西医常规疗法对脑梗死患者MMP-2、MMP-8影响的临床效果。方法:抽取在2010年1月-2013年12月间我院收治的100例急性脑梗死患者,将他们随机的分成研究组和对照组,对照组使用控制血压、调节水/电解质酸碱平衡、改善脑循环等西医常规化疗法治疗,研究组在此基础上联合口服补阳还五汤治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗前后患者MMP-2、MMP-8水平的变化情况,进行回顾性对比分析。结果:研究组50例患者中基本治愈的有15例,显著进步的有25例,进步的7例,无效的有3例;对照组50例患者中基本治愈的有11例,显著进步的有20例,进步的有10例,无效的有9例,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组和对照组患者治疗前的MMP-2、MMP-8水平比较无较大差异,治疗后两组患者的MMP-2、MMP-8水平均下降,其中研究组患者MMP-2、MMP-8下降程度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用补阳还五汤联合西医常规疗法治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效显著,能显著降低患者的MMP-2、MMP-8水平,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective: To analyze clinical effects of the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus western conventional therapy on MMP-2 and MMP-8 in cerebral infarction patients. Methods: 100 cases of acute cerebral infarction from January 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into the research group and the control group. The research group received controlling blood pressure, regulating water and electrolyte acid-base balance, and other western conventional chemotherapy for improving cerebral circulation, and the control group received the Buyang Huanwu decoction more. Clinical effects and changes of MMP-2 and MMP-8 in two groups were compared. Results: In the study group, 15 cases were cured basically. 25 cases were improved significantly. 7 cases were progressed. 3 cases were invalid. In the control group, 11 cases were cured basically. 20 cases were improved significantly. 10 cases were improved. 9 cases were invalid. The difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before the treatment, MMP-2 and MMP-8 level in two groups showed no difference. After the treatment, MMP-2 and MMP-8 level in two groups both decreased, and MMP-2, MMP-8 level in the research group decreased significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Buyang Huanwu decoction plus western conventional therapy was effective on MMP-2 and MMP-8 in cerebral infarction patients, and worthy of promotion.
