复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪对慢性充血性心力衰竭心室重构的抑制作用探讨

Investigation on efficacy of the CSDP plus the trimetazidine on ventricular remodeling inhibition following chronic congestive heart failure

目的:探讨分析复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)心室重构的抑制作用。方法:采用随机数字表法将116例CHF患者随机分为两组,对照组给予盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗,治疗组加服复方丹参滴丸治疗,连续治疗6个月,对比临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率(89.66%)高于对照组(74.14%),P<0.05;治疗后治疗组的LVEDS、LVEDD、LVPWD以及IVSD均低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,P<0.01。结论:复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪可有效抑制CHF心室重构,在提高患者生存质量和阻碍疾病进行性恶化方面具有重要的意义。

Objective: To analyze the efficacy of the CSDP plus the trimetazidine on inhibition of ventricular remodeling following chronic congestive heart failure. Methods: 116 cases of CHF were divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was given the trimetazidine hydrochloride; the treatment group was given the CSDP more. After 6 months, the clinical efficiency in two groups were compared. Results: The total efficiency in the treatment group (89.66%) was higher than that in the control group (74.14%), P<0.05. After treatment, the LVEDS,LVEDD,LVPWD and IVSD in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group; and the LVEF was higher than that in the control group,P<0.01. Conclusion: The CSDP plus the trimetazidine could inhibit CHF ventricular remodeling, and show the important in improving quality of life and preventing disease progression.
