中医辨证治疗排卵障碍性不孕症40例临床报道

A clinical report on treating 40 cases ovulatory disorder infertility with TCM therapy

目的研究探讨中医辨证治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效及经验.方法：选取2012 年1 月1 日-2012 年12 月31 日期间在我院中医科接受中医辨证治疗的排卵障碍性不孕症患者40 名为研究对象.根据中医辨证结果对其使用相应的调经促排药物治疗1～6 个月,观察其排卵功能的恢复情况及受孕情况.结果：服药1 个月后17 名患者恢复正常排卵;服药3 个月后29名患者恢复正常排卵;6 个月后40 名患者均恢复正常排卵,促排有效率达100%.6 个月内共有28 名患者成功受孕,受孕率70%.结论：中医辨证治疗排卵障碍安全可靠,疗效良好,且不良反应、毒副作用低,不会对患者的身体造成损害.不仅起到调经促排的作用,还可从根本上改善患者的体质,提高受孕成功率及胎儿发育所需要的良好健康的母体环境.该方法可单独使用,也可与西医治疗相结合,均能取得理想效果,可广泛应用于临床.

Objective: To explore clinical efficacy and experience of TCM therapy on ovulatory disorder infertility. Methods: From January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012, 40 cases of obstructive infertility treating by TCM therapy in our hospital were selected. According to TCM syndrome differentiation results, appropriate conditioning menstruation and promoting ovulation drugs were applied for 1 to 6 months. After the treatment, recovery of ovulation and pregnancy situation of patients were observed. Results: In 1 month, 17 patients’ ovulatory function returned to normal. In 3 months, 29 patients’ ovulatory function returned to normal. In 6 months, 40 patients’ ovulatory function all returned to normal. The efficacy was 100%. In 6 months, 28 patients was pregnant successfully. The pregnancy rate is 70%.Conclusion: Treating ovulatory disorder infertility with TCM therapy showed a good efficacy, fewer adverse reactions and side effects. Not only regulated the menstrual and promoted ovulation, but also fundamentally improved patients’ physique, and success rate of pregnancy, and created a good maternal environment for fetal development. The method could be used both alone and plus western medicine, and used in clinical widely.
