芪龙头痛汤联合阿米替林治疗气虚血瘀型偏头痛

Treating migraine with the Qilong Toutong decoction plus the amitriptyline

目的探讨芪龙头痛汤联合阿米替林治疗偏头痛的临床疗效.方法：选择90 例气虚血瘀的偏头痛患者作为研究对象,用芪龙头痛汤联合阿米替林对其进行治疗,1 剂/d,15 剂为一个疗程.结果：经过2～3 个周期的治疗,总有效率为91.1%.结论：采用芪龙头痛汤联合阿米替林治疗气虚血瘀的偏头痛,疗效肯定,为临床进一步推广应用和深入研究奠定了基础.

Objective: To explore clinical effects of the Qilong Toutong decoction plus the amitriptyline on migraine. Methods: 90 cases of migraine were treated with the Qilong Toutong decoction plus the amitriptyline, 1 dose per day, 15 doses as a course. Results: In 2~3 weeks, the total efficiency was 91.1%. Conclusion: The Qilong Toutong decoction plus the amitriptyline treating migraine showed affirmative efficacy, and established for further clinical application and depth study.
