微波加老鹳草治疗外耳道湿疹60例的临床疗效观察

Clinical effective observation on 60 cases of eczema of external auditory canal by microwave irradiation and unguentum geranii

目的探讨老鹳草治疗外耳道湿疹的临床治疗效果.方法：抽取60 例研究对象并分为两组.其中30 例为对照组,按照常规给予局部双氧水清洗外耳道及耳廓后,外擦达克宁霜或抗生素可的松软膏.另外30 例为观察组,局部双氧水清洗外耳道及耳廓后给予微波照射,再在患处涂擦老鹳草软膏,1 次/d,连续用5～7d.结果：观察两组的疗效,复发率及治疗疗程,组间对比差异有统计学意义.结论：老鹳草软膏加微波治疗外耳道湿疹,大大缩短了病程,取得了很好的治疗效果.

Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of Unguentum geranii on eczema of external auditory canal. Methods: 60 cases were divided into the control group (30 cases), given hydrogen peroxide solution to clean the local external ear canal and miconazole cream or antibiotic ointment, and observed group (30 cases), given hydrogen peroxide solution for ear canal cleaning, microwave irradiation and unguentum geranii, 1 time per day, for 5 to 7 days. Results: By observing efficacy, efficiency of recurrence and therapy sessions, there was statistically significant difference between groups. Conclusion: Treating eczema of external auditory canal with unguentum geranii and microwave irradiation could shorten the course and improve efficacy.
