摘要
目的:探讨益气活血方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗效果及应用价值。方法:选择我院治疗的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者88例作为研究对象,对照组给予标准三联方案治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予益气活血方治疗,记录两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的临床症状积分和胃镜下黏膜评分降低,且优于对照组,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用益气活血方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效可靠,能够明显改善患者的临床症状,值得在临床上大力推广使用。
Objective: To discuss the application value and efficacy of the Yiqi Huoxue decoction on gastritis. Methods: 88 cases of gastritis were selected. The control group was given the triple therapy, and the observed group was given the Yiqi Huoxue decoction more. The efficiency of two groups were recorded. Results: The total efficiency in the observed group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom score and endoscopic mucosal rating in the observed group were decreased and better than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating gastritis with the Yiqi Huoxue decoction shows reliable efficacy. The decoction could be improve clinical symptoms, and is worthy of promotion.
