针刺治疗高胆固醇血症的疗效评价

Clinical evaluation of treating hypercholesterolemia by acupuncture

目的:观察针刺治疗对高胆固醇血症的临床疗效以及与药物降脂的比较。方法:本院确诊高胆固醇血症78例,随机分为观察组38例和对照组40例,对照组患者给予辛伐他汀每晚口服20mg,观察组给予针刺治疗双侧足三里、三阴交、丰隆穴,四周后进行疗效评价。结果:治疗后两组TC较前均明显下降(P<0.05),但是治疗后两组之间的TC比较无统计学意义,总有效率也无差异(P>0.05)。结论:针刺治疗与传统他汀类药物降脂治疗疗效相当,且不良反应较少,值得临床推广运用。

Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of acupuncture on hypercholesterolemia and to be compared with Lipid-lowering drugs. Methods: 78 cases of diagnosed hypercholesterolemia were randomly divided into the observed group (38 cases), given 20mg simvastatin at evening, and control group (40 cases), given acupuncture. In 4 weeks, efficacy were evaluated. Results: After the treatment, TC in groups obviously descended (P<0.05), without statistically significant difference. The total efficiency was on difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture showed similar efficacy as traditional lipid-lowering statins on hypercholesterolemia, with fewer adverse reactions, and is worthy of promotion.
