中西医结合治疗阴囊疥疮结节的疗效分析

An efficacy analysis of treating scrotum scabies nodules in the integrative medicine

目的:研究探讨中西医结合治疗阴囊疥疮结节的疗效。方法:将在2012年3月-2014年3月期间在我皮肤病门诊接受治疗的阴囊疥疮结节患者70例,随机分为对照组(35例)和实验组(35例),给予对照组患者穴位注射普鲁卡因进行治疗,给予实验组患者穴位注射普鲁卡因,同时口服中药进行治疗,观察比较两组患者经过治疗后的效果。结果:经过治疗后发现,实验组患者的总有效率(91.43%)明显高于对照组患者的总有效率(62.86%),同时实验组患者的不良反应发生率(5.72%)明显高于对照组患者的不良反应发生率(31.43%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗阴囊疥疮结节的疗效较好,不良反应少。

Objective: To research efficacy of the integrative medicine on scrotum scabies. Methods: From March 2012 to March 2014, 70 cases of scrotum scabies were randomly divided into the control group (35 cases), which received procaine point injection, and experiment group (35 cases), which received TCM more, comparing efficacy in both groups. Results: After the treatment, the total efficiency in the experiment group (91.43%) was better than that in the control group (62.86%). The efficiency of adverse reactions in the experiment group (5.72%) was better than that in the control group (31.43%), with a statistically significant difference. Conclusion: Treating scrotum scabies in the integrative medicine could obtain good efficacy, with little adverse reactions.
