补阳还五汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with the Buyang Huanwu decoction

目的:观察补阳还五汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:将108例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为对照组和观察组均54例。所有患者均给予基础治疗,对照组给予甲钴胺片0.5mg,3次/d,口服;观察组在对照组的基础上给予补阳还五汤加减治疗。结果:两组的总有效率比较,P<0.05,观察组显著优于对照组。结论:补阳还五汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果显著。

Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the Buyang Huanwu decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: 108 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the control group and the observed group, 54 cases for each group. All patients took conventional treatment. The control took mecobalamin tablets 0.5mg, 3 times per day, orally. The observed group took the Buyang Huanwu decoction more. Results: By comparing the total efficiency in both groups, the observed group was better,P<0.05. Conclusion: Treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with the Buyang Huanwu decoction could gain significant efficacy.
