中药涂擦配合药熨治疗腰背肌筋膜炎临床护理观察

Clinical nursing observation on treating back muscle fasciitis in TCM

目的:探讨中药涂擦配合药熨被应用于腰背肌筋膜炎的效果。方法:将腰背肌筋膜炎患者130例随机分为两组,治疗组采用中药涂擦配合药熨被治疗,对照组应用常规口服药物治疗,两组均给予优质护理措施。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率达91.4%,显著高于常规对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药涂擦配合药熨被应用于腰背肌筋膜炎具有良好的临床效果,优于常规口服药物治疗,适合基层医院开展。

Objective: To discuss efficiency of TCM on back muscle fasciitis. Methods: 130 cases of back muscle fasciitis were divided into two groups. The treatment group was given the TCM medicine. The control group was given the conventional drugs. Both groups were given nursing. Results: The total efficiency in the treatment group was 91.4%, higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM medicine shows good clinical efficacy, was better than conventional drugs, and is suite for development in primary hospital.
