中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床观察

Treating allergic rhinitis in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法:将我院2013年9月-2014年1月收治的90例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中药治疗,比较和分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.33%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为66.67%,两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎效果显著,复发率低,不良反应少,患者耐受度高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective: To investigate the combination therapy for allergic rhinitis. Methods: 90 cases of allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 45 cases, control group with conventional western medicine, observation group with TCM therapy. Results: In the observation group total efficiency was 93.33%. In the control group, the total efficiency was 66.67%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination therapy for allergic rhinitis is remarkable, with low recurrence, less adverse reaction.
