舒筋活血丸质量标准研究

A research on quality of the Shujin Huoxue Wan

目的建立舒筋活血丸质量标准.方法：采用薄层鉴别方法对其进行定性鉴别,运用高效液相色谱法测定士的宁的含量.结果：确立了制剂中当归、大黄、栀子的鉴别方法.通过方法学系统考察,建立了士的宁的含量测定方法,士的宁的线性范围为0.348～34.8μg,回归方程Y=27.6064X＋91.5423（r=0.9994）,平均加样回收率为99.9%,RSD 为1.9%（n=6）.结论：建立的鉴别和含量测定方法简便、准确、重复性好,适用于质量控制.

Objective: To establish the quality standards for the Shujin Huoxue Wan. Methods: The thin layer chromatography (TLC) was adopted for qualitative identification. Strychnine was detected by HPLC. Results: The identifying methods of Danggui, Dahuang, Zhizi were established. The determination method for the content of strychnine was established. The calibration curve of strychnine was lined in the range of 0.348~34.8μg. The regression equation was Y=27.6064X+91.5423(r=0.9994). The average recovery was 99.9%, and RSD was 1.9%(n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible for the quality control of the Shujin Huoxue Wan.
