中药注射剂血栓通28例不良反应用药观察与分析

Observation on 28 cases of adverse drug reactions from TCM injection

目的探讨中药注射剂使用过程中出现的不良反应情况以及临床不合理用药情况,为临床工作提供参考依据.方法：对我院收治的28 例患者的相关资料进行分析,入选患者均采用血栓通注射剂治疗,分析患者的药物不良反应发生时间以及不良反应的临床表现.结果：5 例患者不良反应发生时间为5～10min,6 例发生时间为11～30min,14 例不良反应发生时间为31～60min,3 例不良反应发生时间为2～5d;12 例发生时间〉30min,临床表现主要以皮肤损害为主;6 例发生时间为5～30min,临床表现主要以药物热为主;2 例发生时间〈20min,临床表现主要以过敏性休克为主.结论：血栓通使用过程中不良反应相对较高,治疗过程中应该加强对患者的观察力度,保证患者用药安全,同时相关部门还应该改进制药工艺,提高制药质量.

Objective: To investigate the adverse reactions from TCM injections. Methods: 28 patients were treated with the Xueshuan Tong injection in the treatment. Results: The incidence of adverse reaction in 5 patients duration for 5~10min, 6 cases occurred for 11~30min, 14 cases for 31~60min, 3 cases for 2 ~ 5 days; more than 30 mins in 12 cases, based mainly on the patients with skin lesions;6 cases occurs for 5~30min, mainly with fever from medicines, 2 cases for < 20min. Patients mainly with anaphylactic shock. Conclusion:The Xueshuan Tong injection with high adverse reactions in the process should be strengthened for patients; also the relevant departments should also improve the pharmaceutical process, improve the quality of medicine.
