摘要
目的:探讨针灸对小儿脑瘫康复的影响。方法:从本院所收治的脑瘫患儿当中选取88例为研究对象,将这些患者随机的分为对照组和治疗组两组,每组各44例。对照组患者给予常规康复疗法,治疗组患者在此基础上采用针灸治疗,对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果:经过一段时间的治疗,治疗组患者临床治疗效果总有效率为90.9%,对照组患者临床治疗效果总有效率为72.7%,两组之间存在明显的差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对小儿脑瘫的康复治疗,在运动康复治疗的基础上采用针灸进行治疗能够取得更好的康复治疗效果。
Objective: To investigate the effect of acupuncture on rehabilitation of cerebral palsy. Methods: 88 children with cerebral palsy were selected as the research object. These patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 44 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with routine rehabilitation therapy. The patients in the treatment group was given acupuncture. Results: After a period of treatment, clinical therapeutic effects in the treatment group the total efficiency was 90.9%, in the control group it was 72.7%. There are obvious differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: For the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy, acupuncture and moxibustion, based on rehabilitation training on rehabilitation treatment can get better therapeutic effect.
