复发性流产是妇产科疑难疾病,病因甚为复杂,治疗较棘手。罗颂平教授认为本病的病因病机是肾虚、脾肾虚弱、气血虚弱、血热、血瘀等,其中肾虚不固、脾肾虚弱型占大多数。治疗上以固肾健脾为本,兼以清热,或补益气血,或活血祛瘀,配合情志疏导,收到较好的治疗效果。
