胆石症包括胆囊结石和肝内外胆管结石,病位在肝胆,与脾胃密切相关,主要病机为肝胆疏泄失常,属于中医的"胁痛""胆胀""黄疸"等范畴。临床辨证治疗从中医病机出发,获得了良好的疗效。

Cholelithiasis included gallstones and liver bile duct stones, locating in the liver and gallbladder, and closely related to the stomach. The main pathogenesis was hepatobiliary catharsis disorders, belonging to hypochondriac, guts inflation, jaundice and other areas in TCM. Starting from TCM pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment obtained good effects.
