自拟加味补中益气汤对脾气虚型常年变应性鼻炎患者的治疗作用分析

An effective analysis of treating perennial allergic rhinitis with the Buzhong Yiqi decoction

目的:探讨自拟加味补中益气汤治疗脾气虚型常年变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:病例均为我院2013年1月-2014年1月门诊收治的脾气虚型常年变应性鼻炎患者,共78例,按其就诊顺序随机分为两组,每组为39例,其中对照组口服盐酸西替利嗪片,观察组给予自拟加味补中益气汤,观察并比较两组临床疗效的差异。结果:观察组总有效率为92.31%,显著高于对照组的71.79%(P<0.05);两组治疗后临床症状和体征总积分均较治疗前显著减少,且观察组治疗后症状和体征总积分为(2.43±0.70)分,显著少于对照组的(4.52±0.62)分(P<0.05)。结论:自拟加味补中益气汤治疗脾气虚型常年变应性鼻炎疗效确切,可明显改善患者的临床症状和体征,具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of the Buzhong Yiqi decoction on perennial allergic rhinitis. Methods: From January 2013 to January 2014, 78 cases of perennial allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups, 39 cases for each group. The control group received cetirizine hydrochloride, and the observed group received the Buzhong Yiqi decoction. Clinical efficacy were observed and compared. Results: The total efficiency in the observed group (92.31%) was obviously better than control group (71.79%) (P<0.05). Clinical symptoms and total symptom score in the two groups were obviously decreased compared with before treatment. Clinical symptoms and total symptom score in the observed group was (2.43±0.70), obviously lower than control group, (4.52±0.62) (P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating perennial allergic rhinitis with the Buzhong Yiqi decoction could gain curative effects, improve the clinical signs and symptoms, and have better clinical value.
