温肺化痰汤治疗小儿痰湿阻肺型咳嗽疗效观察

Treating pediatric cough with the Wenfei Huatan decoction

目的:研究小儿痰湿阻肺型咳嗽采用温肺化痰汤治疗的疗效。方法:选取60例于2012年3月-2013年3月期间在我院接受治疗的小儿痰湿阻肺型咳嗽患者,将温肺化痰汤用于治疗研究组,将小儿痰湿阻肺型咳嗽的常规治疗方法用于治疗对照组,观察两组的疗效。结果:治疗一周后,研究组的有效率较对照组明显要高,分别为93.3%、73.3%,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿痰湿阻肺咳嗽采用温肺化痰汤治疗,病程短,疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective: To study clinical effects of the Wenfei Huatan decoction treatment. Methods: 60 cough patients were divided into the study group and the control group, the Wenfei Huatan decoction for the study group, the conventional treatment for the control group; two groups were observed for efficacy. Results: After a week, the study group’s efficiency is significantly higher than the control group, respectively 93.3% VS 73.3%; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Wenfei Huatan decoction for pediatric cough has advantage of short duration, quick effectiveness, is worthy of promotion.
