苦碟子治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效观察

Effective observation on treating retinal vein occlusion with the Kudie Zi

目的:观察苦碟子治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法:将视网膜静脉阻塞患者65例随机分为两组,观察组35例,用苦碟子治疗,对照组30例,用血栓通治疗。结果:观察组的总有效率为87.50%,对照组为50.00%,两组比较差异有显著性,x2=6.62,0.01<P<0.05。结论:苦碟子对治疗视网膜静脉阻塞有较好作用。

Objective: To observe clinical effects of the Kudie Zi on retinal vein occlusion. Methods: 65 cases of retinal vein occlusion were divided into the observed group and the control group. The treatment group (35 cases) were treated with the sowthistle-leaf ixeris seedling; the control group (30 cases) were treated with the Xueshuan Tong, Results: The total efficiency in the observation group was 87.50% and the control group was 50.00%. The difference of the total response rate was significant in two groups (x2=6.62, 0.01<P<0.05) .Conclusion: The Kudie Zi can improve efficacy on retinal vein occlusion.
