益气清热活血法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃炎92例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 92 cases of Hp-associated gastritis by the Yiqi Huoxue therapy

目的:观察益气清热活血法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃炎的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2011年10月-2012年10月期间来我院诊疗的180例幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃炎患者的临床资料,按照治疗方案的不同将180例患者分为观察组(n=92)和对照组(n=88),观察组采用祖国医学益气清热活血法治疗,对照组采用常规的西医三联疗法(阿莫西林、甲硝唑、枸橼酸铋钾)治疗,连续治疗2周后,记录两组患者的临床治疗效果并行统计学比较。结果:治疗2周后,观察组的治疗总有效率为83.7%,对照组为68.2%,两者相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优势明显。结论:采用中医益气清热活血法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃炎的总有效率高于常规西医治疗,用药安全方便,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To observe clinical effects of the Yiqi Huoxue therapy on HP-associated gastritis. Methods: According to the different treatment, 180 patients were divided into the observation group (n =92) and the control group (n = 88); the observation group took the Yiqi Huoxue therapy; the control group took conventional western medicine triple therapy (amoxicillin, metronidazole, bismuth potassium citrate). Results: The total efficiency in the observation group was 83.7%, 68.2% in the control group; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM the Yiqi Huoxue therapy for Hp-associated gastritis get better total efficiency than conventional western medicine, is worthy of clinical application.
