摘要
目的:研究中医辨证施护对带状疱疹后遗神经痛的影响。方法:观察于我院2011年1月-2013年12月间住院的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者80例,其中对照组40例给予常规护理,观察组40例给予中医辨证施护;出院时对临床治疗护理效果进行比较。结果:观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:中医辨证施护对带状疱疹后遗神经痛治疗效果明显,减轻了患者的痛苦,患者对护理的满意度高。
Objective: To investigate effects of TCM dialectical nursing for treating postherpetic neuralgia. Methods: 80 cases of postherpetic neuralgia from January 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases for each. The control group received conventional care. The observation group received TCM dialectical nursing. Before the patients were discharged from our hospital, clinical nursing effects in two groups were compared. Results: Clinical effects in the observation group was much better than that in the control group. Conclusion: TCM dialectical nursing was effective on postherpetic neuralgia. The suffering of patients was alleviated, and patients’ satisfaction was increased.
