摘要
目的分析132例儿童对14种食物的不耐受情况。方法采用ELISA法检测132例儿童血清中14种食物过敏原特异性Ig G抗体。结果 132例儿童对14种食物不耐受率最高的是蛋黄/蛋清(63.64%),其次是牛奶(41.67%),最低的是虾(0%);婴儿组、幼儿组和童年组对蛋黄/蛋清、牛奶、西红柿、小麦的不耐受率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);儿童只对蛋黄/蛋清不耐受强度分级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 132例儿童中食物不耐受以蛋黄/蛋清、牛奶为主;儿童食物不耐受主要受食物种类、年龄等因素影响。
Objective To analyze fourteen foods intolerance in 132 children. Methods The specific IgG antibod-ies of 14 foods in serum of 132 children were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The high-est rates of 14 foods intolerance in 132 children is egg yolk/egg white (63. 64%), second is milk (41. 67%) and the lowest is shrimp (0%) . There are significant differences of egg yolk/egg white, milk, tomato and wheat among infants group, children group and youngs group (P〈0. 05). The grades of egg yolk/egg white in children has sig-nificant difference only ( P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusion The children foods intolerances are mainly caused by egg yolk/egg white and milk. The effects of children foods intolerance include food kinds and children’ s age.
