经颅多普勒超声在颈椎病诊断中的应用价值

Value of Transcranial Doppler in the Diagnosis of Cervical Spondylosis

目的探讨经颅多普勒超声(TCD)对于颈椎病的诊断价值。方法收集2013年1月至2014年1月期间,我院收治的颈椎病患者42例作为观察组,同期健康体检者42例作为对照组,均采用TCD进行检查,统计分析两组的椎-基底动脉舒张期末峰值血流速度(Vd)、收缩期峰值血流速度(Vp)和双侧差值。结果观察组中有31例血流速度减慢,11例血流速度增快。31例血流速度减慢患者的Vp和Vd与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05),11例血流速度增高患者的Vp与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05),而Vd无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论经颅多普勒超声对于颈椎病的诊断具有重要价值。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transcranial doppler ultrasound（TCD） for cervical disease.Methods 42 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis in our hospital between January 2013 and January 2014 were collected as the observation group, 42 cases of healthy volunteers in the same period were collected as the control group, all underwent TCD examination, the vertebral-basilar artery diastolic peak lfow velocity （Vd）, peak systolic velocity （Vp） and bilateral difference of the two groups were counted and analyzed.Results There were 31 cases of patients with blood lfow velocity slows in observation group,11 cases of blood lfow to speed. Vp and Vd slowed compared with control group of 31 cases of differences in patient blood lfow velocity was signiifcantly （P〈0.05）, the Vp of 11 cases with elevated blood lfow velocity and the control group were signiifcantly different （P〈0.05）, Vd was no signiifcant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusions TCD for the diagnosis of cervical disease has an important value.
